"This beautiful design is inspired by the Japanese tradition of Ukiyo-e style woodcut or block printing. (literally “floating world”). Ukiyo-e is a genre of artistic printing born in the 17th century, a period in which a new bourgeois social class was born in the main cities of Japan.
Signoria enriches this design by making it on a 500 TC yarn-dyed Jacquard fabric in two color variants in soft but decisive tones.
Available in Twin, Queen and King sizes, the Lecce Duvet cover is backed with silky cotton sateen in coordinating color and is neatly finished with a simple hem, buttons closure. Made in Italy."

    Any reference to thread count (TC) refers to the commonly accepted commercial definition of the number of yarns per square inch including 2 ply yarns for obtaining total thread count. It is not a reference to the “technical” definition as promulgated by ASTM Standard D 3775 which considers 2 or more ply yarns as one thread or end. Applying D 3775 to multiple ply yarns will result in a lower technical thread count than the commercial definition.
